Introducing the Captain’s Quarters Family Resort
Located at 901 South Ocean Boulevard, this exciting
OCEANFRONT resort enjoys a strong family vacation
tradition and loyal following.
Captain’s Quarters features spectacular water amenities
including 11 different indoor and outdoor pools, a
232-foot lazy river, children’s lazy river, 3 indoor
whirlpools and an exciting new interactive Pirate Ship
water facility with waterfalls and slides. In addition,
there is an indoor recreation center with both a 20-lane
AMF bowling alley and a game room with all the latest in
video games. The resort also offers a full-service
oceanfront restaurant.
The resort’s southernmost 14-story OCEANFRONT building
features oceanfront executive suites and angle
oceanfront executive suites with south facing views. The
adjacent 9-story OCEAN-FRONT building features
oceanfront studios and angle oceanfront two-room suites
with spectacular views of the extraordinary water
amenities and beyond to the Atlantic Ocean.
The developer has established a substantial budget for
creating an exciting unit renovation package.
Renovation plans are now being developed and will
include attractive new furnishings, floorings, wall
coverings and a host of other upgrades. Unit assignments
and details of the renovation package will follow in the
coming weeks.

Design Narrative
Casegoods
The casegoods are a contemporary new collection inspired by
resort trends in South Beach, Miami. The group features
painted maple wood with a light “beach chic” finish, subtle
reed detailing, and nickel hardware. Along with its wedge
shape, this group follows the new trend of larger-scaled
pieces. Both the headboard and nightstand are extended in
height to complement a lavish bed
Bedding Treatment
The bedding top treatment is designed to convey luxury with
the following appointments:
- Channel- quilted dust ruffle adds a contemporary flair
- Coverlet features coordinating dust ruffle fabric on the
back
(new style coverlet has no pillow tuck but rather is
presented folded
down to expose the colored backing and the linens)
- Bedding treatment is capped off with cylindrical bolster
with the
coverlet fabric on the body and dust ruffle fabric on the
sides
Drapery Treatment
- Contemporary resort feel is signified by the use of a
ripple fold
over drape in bold splashes of deep blue and aquamarine.
- Exposed track is powder coat white with matching batons
- This treatment is a crisp clean and modern trend growing
in higher
end resorts
Lighting
- Lighting is contemporary and adds design flair with mixed
media accents and modern drum or rectangular box shades in
white textile.
Upholstery
-Modern European frame styling with bold splashes of color
in fabrics of varied texture and pattern.
-All loveseats and sofas feature sleeper sofa mechanisms and
5” innerspring coil mattresses.
